In the current environment, most companies are taking a hard look at their internal diversity efforts, including the diversity, equity, and inclusiveness of their supply chain base. The Hackett Group’s Supplier Diversity Study continues to show the importance that companies place on supply base diversification, whether their objectives are aligned with improving corporate image (74% say this is very important), or more directly tied to customer expectations and revenue. To be sure, there will be greater visibility going forward to what proactive companies are doing to embrace and to support supplier diversity efforts from society, customers, and regulators.  This analysis will quantitatively reflect on the demographics of the community in which it operates.

Join this value ad webcast to review the findings of The Hackett Group’s last Supplier Diversity Study, and learn more about the growing trends related to supplier diversity, understanding the breadth and magnitude of the investment with suppliers, and steps that companies need to get a leg-up in a very competitive landscape.
