WORKSHOP 3: QUALITY
Data derived from supply chains can give insight into performance areas. The goal of the quality workshop is to improve your understanding of how a customer sees the data. In particular, the workshop will address certain areas such as: Does the customer require ISO system in place? How can I prove that my current quality system has the right scope? The goal of a quality product is not just to satisfy the customer; but also to be the best supplier to work with. This requires end-to-end processes that support all commitments to your customer. Rob leads a Procurement Operations team which focuses on transforming transaction processes that support strategic procurement resources. This critical work will transform processing through Lean tools to enable automation. He has been with Trane Technologies for 30 years in various positions including manufacturing engineer, project engineer, operations manager, materials manager, and commodity manager. Rob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
