HOSKINS & COMPANY RECEIVES AN HONORABLE MENTION AT THE 2020 BDO ALLIANCE USA CONFERENCE
Hoskins & Company was recently recognized with an Honorable Mention award for their implementation of digital technology and innovation at the 2020 BDO Alliance USA Conference. The virtual conference, held May 18-May 21, was attended by over 7,000 members of the Alliance, which is a nationwide association of over 700 independently owned local and regional accounting, consulting and professional service firms with similar client service goals.
Marty McLaughlin, Managing Director, Operations – BDO, recognized alliance firms that are redefining excellence within the BDO Alliance USA’s four areas of focus: Exceptional Client Experience, Targeted Growth, Exceptional and Engaged People, and Digital Transformation & Innovation. The “Digital Transformation & Innovation Award” highlights how alliance firms embrace digital technology and innovation and weave it into the fabric of everything they do every day. Hoskins & Company was one of two CPA firms that received an award in this area of focus.
In announcing Hoskins & Company an awardee, McLaughlin stated the following. “The CPA submissions were strong, and it was a tough decision. Hoskins & Company from Nashville, Tennessee is the runner-up in this category. They’ve embraced digital transformation by taking measures to prevent cyber-attacks internally, as well as implementing new cloud solutions for time-tracking, project management and communications. Their assurance, tax and advisory teams are also making investments in new software programs.
