JUSTICE INTRODUCES REOPENING PLAN; HINGES ON POSITIVE TEST RATE REMAINING BELOW 3 PERCENT: Gov. Jim Justice unveiled a six-week reopening plan for the Mountain State Monday as it tries to regain its footing following the impact of the coronavirus. Justice said the plan hinges on the state maintaining a less than three percent positive test rate for the coronavirus for three consecutive days.

COLORADO FIRM PURCHASES AMAZON CENTER IN KINETIC PARK FOR $16.9M: A Denver-based real estate investment firm has purchased the Amazon Customer Service Center in Huntington’s Kinetic Park for $16.9 million. Sentinel Net Lease, known as Sentinel, acquired the 69,000

square-foot building from Lexington Realty Trust, the investment firm announced Thursday. The property sits on 7.9 acres in Kinetic Park, a technology park and business park.
