The company is seeking local and diverse suppliers who are capable of providing the goods and services listed below:

  • Engineering and Construction Services
  • General contracting, Design-build, and Construction Management Services
  • Water Redirect Projects; Landfill Construction
  • Full-service General Contracting – Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Structural Services; Millwrights, and Piping
  • Coal Ash Construction, including Building, expanding and capping lined landfills, impoundments and dams.  Also, hauling and excavating material from these structures and onsite.  Overseeing all aspects of projects, starting with any clearing and grubbing, and finishing with the liner and final cover, and any other associated work specific to the project
