This unique learning opportunity is provided for owners and operators of any size business. With a group of like-minded individuals, you will participate in discussions about the book E-Myth Revisited, by Michael Gerber. Gerber has studied numerous small businesses and has discovered specific practices to help avoid common pitfalls.

During the Business Mastermind 1.0 series, we’ll explore:

  • The E-Myth and American Small Business
  • The Turn-Key Revolution
  • The Business Development Process and Development Program
  • Your Primary Aim and Strategic Objective
  • Organizational, Management, People, Marketing and Systems Strategies

You’ll learn how to implement policies and procedures to create a business structure that will allow you to work on your business, rather than work in your business.
